Shipping/Return and Exchange Policies

Extra Shipping Costs/Duty Charges - Some products may incur further shipping costs due to the weight and size of the order.  Also, some products may incur duty charges upon delivery.  Costs vary depending on courier.

PLEASE NOTE - all extra shipping costs along with any duty charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Returns - You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (Proof of date of delivery will be required).

Merchandise Return Procedure

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for Store Credit only.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE however we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a credit sooner.

Start your return process by e-mailing Western Tub and Pool the following information:

- the original order number, 

- the product you wish to return,

- the reason you wish to return the product,

- a photo of the product to prove its condition and quality for our records and insurance purposes.

Please Note:

  1. Products in Poor Condition are Subject to a Re-boxing fee of 15% (will be deducted from the total Store Credit allowed) items will be inspected once they arrive to us.
