To find the correct replacement part, locate the 5-digit S/N or V/N number (usually starting with a 5) found on a white tag on the underside of your current control panel. You can also send us photos of your current setup.
Why is it important to replace a damaged control panel?
Most control panels cannot be repaired once water damage occurs. It is crucial to keep the topside area sealed to prevent water leakage. If water breaches the seal, it can severely damage the internal circuit board systems, leading to costly repairs.
Do I need to replace my overlay sticker?
If your spa is more than 10 years old, you should inspect the overlay sticker carefully. Erosion or cracking in the overlay can lead to water leaks and damage to the control panel and circuit board. Overlays are usually sold separately.
