    How do I know if this heater fits my hot tub?

    The best way is to check the part number on your existing heater housing. Common Balboa part numbers include 58083, 58019, 58104, and 50080. If the label is faded, you can measure the tube (usually 15 inches) and check the voltage/wattage (usually 240V / 5.5kW).

    Does this assembly come with sensors?

    Yes, most of our Balboa M7 heater assemblies come with the two sensors pre-installed on the tube. This saves you the hassle of buying them separately or trying to salvage old ones.

    My old heater has a pressure switch. Will this work?

    Newer Balboa M7 heaters use sensors to detect flow instead of a mechanical pressure switch. If your system is M7 compatible, you can use the sensor-based heater. If you have an older system that requires a pressure switch wire, please contact us to ensure you get the correct "Value" or "LE" series legacy heater.
