    • Topside Control Panel (Upper): This is the keypad you use while in the tub to control jets, temperature, and lights. Common part numbers include 303472, 407012, and 407014. Note: Overlays (the sticker with button labels) are often sold separately.
    • Spa Pack (Lower): The "brain" of the hot tub located inside the cabinet. The RS101 Pack (Part 303473-NH) is a common replacement for 2013-2018 models.
