What if I don't know my part number?
Don't worry! Simply send us an email at fixmytub@gmail.com with pictures of your current circuit board, along with the make, model, and serial number of your hot tub or pool. We will identify the correct part for you.
How do I configure my new EP3 receiver board?
Once your new receiver board is installed, the Pool/Treadmill Switch must be set correctly. To configure the receiver for a swim current, set the switch towards the "SW3" text on the board. To configure it for a treadmill, set the switch away from the "SW3" text.
Why won't my hydraulic power unit turn on?
If your unit will not power on, first check if the breaker has tripped. If the heartbeat light on your receiver board is off but the four green LED lights are on, you may need to press the "RESET" button on the board and allow 2-3 minutes for the controller to reboot. If you see a float switch error (3 blinks), verify your hydraulic fluid levels and ensure the float switch connections are secure.
